Real Talk is a live, topical and interactive debate show on the OH TV Network attracting globally over 25 million viewers, live phone calls and social networking responses every month. In the vein of “Question Time”, Real Talk is hosted by Award-winning Presenter and Journalist Trish Adudu, alongside a carefully selected panel drawn from all parts of public life.
To kick off the second series this Thursday 12th April, Real Talk will be covering ‘Black Britain Decides’ at The Gourmet Theatre, Kilburn. Here the four main London Mayoral candidates Boris Johnson, Ken Livingstone, Brian Paddick and Jenny Jones will meet in front of a live audience made up of key Black leaders from the church, business, politics, faith groups, activists and the general public.
Real Talk will be broadcasting live from the event, which will feature interviews with the Mayoral candidates, as well as covering the debate. Throughout the show we will take live tweets, texts and emails. The debate will be followed by a phone-in where the audience will get an opportunity to talk about and react to what they have just seen.
Black Britain Decides will put Real Talk and it’s viewers at the heart of the debate and gives us to opportunity to connect our audience to one of the most politically and cultural significant elections in years.
