ST. KITTS AND NEVIS INDEPENDENCE DAY

On Saturday 19th September 2015 St. Kitts and Nevis celebrated 32 years of Independence, the island commemorated the day it gained its freedom from the British.
Saint Kitts and Nevis was among the first islands in the Caribbean to be settled by Europeans. Saint Kitts was home to the first British and French colonies in the Caribbean, and thus has also been titled "The Mother Colony of the West Indies."
