2015 COMMONWEALTH DAY SERVICE

This year one of Africa’s most well known media figures, Mo Abudu was invited to the GLEEHD Foundation’s delegation to the 2015 Commonwealth Day Observance Service at the Westminster Abbey.

Mo Abudu, Gov Uduaghan, Deputy Gov. Nkem C. Okeke, John Momoh, Dayo Israel and others join GLEEHD Delegation to Commonwealth Day Service with HM Queen Elizabeth.

The 2015 delegation was attended by many distinguished personalities. Form UK president John Major, UK Minister of Defence, UK Secretary of State, Chairman of the Council of Commonwealth Societies and the Bishop of London, and many others.

Mo Abudu completed one of the most remarkable and key events of the day, she stepped out to lay the wreath on behalf of Africa women in remembrance of the war dead of world war I and II.
